Are you a company or a factory?

Dickcar is a professional manufacturer of automotive products and parts in China. We have a factory in Shenzhen, and more importantly, we’ve just opened an industrial park in Dongguan.

How do you make our business long-term and good relationship?

1. We keep good quality and competitive price to ensure our customers benefit; Our R & D department is constantly developing new products.
2. We respect every customer as our friend and we sincerely do business and make friends with them, no matter where they come from.
3. After years growing, we have a professional team who are highly experienced in carrying out car audio and security installations for all types of cars. Each member is highly skilled in carrying out the services we offer to a very high standard to ensure that each customer gets the best service.

Do you test all your goods before delivery?

Yes, we have a 100% test before delivery.
Before we produce, our QC test and check all raw material strictly, from core board, main board, side metal, plastics, to power cables, USB cables, remote control ,color box, cartons, series numbers etc. In the process of producing, we test all models three times altogether, the first testing, after our staff finish producing the whole unit;
The second testing, after our all models aging testing for 8 hours;
The third testing, before we make package, we test finally. Also our device will do many special test, like high and low temperature test, shaking test, weight checking test.

What is your sample policy?

We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.

How about your delivery time?

The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
1. If the order is less than 10 units, it is a common function requirement, no customization is required. After the warehouse has verified that the materials enough, we can deliver it to you within 3 days. Individual orders need to be delivered within 1 day, we can also negotiate when you purchase.
2. If it is mass order, it is usually necessary to purchase raw materials. According to different OEM requirements and the delivery date of the raw materials, the order delivery time is 25-35 days.
3. If you need to customize software development, open a new tooling, or need new Android platform, for a brand-new product, the delivery time should be 45-60 days.
Before the order is confirmed, you can communicate with our sales specialists and finally give you a satisfactory answer.

Can you produce according to the samples?

Yes, we can produce your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
After testing the sample we will have a detailed test report, when you purchase new mass order, we will work according to the sample report.

What are your terms of delivery?

EXW, FOB. Sample & small order is On EXW. Bulk order(300+pcs) is FOB SZ.

What are your terms of packing?

Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
We can design oem box for you, also you can send us your own design we can print for you after you purchase order.

What are your payment terms?

We accept a variety of payment methods for orders.
1. For small orders, you can choose PayPal, Western Union, or T/T.
2. For large orders, we typically require a 40% deposit upon order confirmation, and a 60% balance before shipment. Before you pay the balance, we’ll show you photos of the product and packaging. We also accept your own inspection arrangements.

T/T, Western Union (for bulk orders), PayPal (for sample orders), and more.

Yes, you can cancel before shipment.

Do you offer free samples?

No, you must purchase at the original price.

Is the price negotiable?

Yes, the price can be adjusted. It depends on the order quantity.

Can I pay in installments?

Sorry, no.

Why hasn't my order shipped yet? I haven't received the tracking number yet.

After placing your order, it takes approximately 3-5 business days to ship. We will send you the tracking number after shipment.

What are your delivery terms?

We offer DHL, EMS, ARAMEX, China Post, EUB, or air or sea freight, depending on your requirements.

When do you ship?

Sample orders: We ship within 1-3 business days after payment.
Bulk orders: We ship within 7 days after payment.

Do you test all goods before delivery?

Yes, we typically test them eight times before shipping.

Where can I get a tracking number?

We will email you the tracking number and tracking website.

What is the declared value on the package?

We typically declare $80.00 for a sample order. Other declared values will be determined based on your needs.

Does the product come with an instruction manual?

Yes, it will be included with the packaging.

Does the product price include VAT, customs duties, and remote area charges?

No, these are not included and are the buyer’s responsibility. (Customs duties are included for items shipped from warehouses in the EU, Australia, and the US.)

Do you offer combined shipping?

Yes, we can combine the head unit and other car accessories in one package.

What if I receive the wrong package?

Please take some photos to show us the wrong package. We can accept returns and exchanges.

What is your warranty?

We offer a 2-year warranty on our consoles.

Do you offer a warranty if the warranty seal is removed or damaged?

Yes, we still offer a warranty if you can provide us with your order number.

Who pays for shipping during the warranty period?

Buyers are responsible for shipping costs.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

Please take some photos to show the damaged item, and we can accept a return for a replacement.

Can I send you the console for repair?

Yes, repairs are free, but the buyer is responsible for both shipping costs.
