Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you don’t like the item, you can return it within 30 days of receipt with an RMA number.
Return conditions are as follows: Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must retain its original packaging and be resaleable. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
For any returns, please download the Return Form (PDF or Word) and return it, along with a valid Return Authorization Number, to the address listed on the form.
Please follow the return instructions:
- Please complete all required sections on this form and email it to [email protected] for approval.
- Once approved, we will issue you an RA number (Return Authorization Number) – without this RA number, we cannot accept your return.
- The product and original packaging must be free of damage, stickers, or written notices and in resalable condition; otherwise, it will not be accepted.
- Please fill in your RA number below and be sure to print this form and place it in the box with your return.
- Please securely package your item and write your RA number on the outside of the box.
- Please complete all required sections on this form and email it to [email protected].
- Product Modifications – Any returned merchandise that is obviously modified or adjusted will be refused and returned or disposed of without refund.
Shipping
If you would like to return your item, please first contact us at [email protected] to obtain an RMA number. Once the return is shipped, please provide us with the tracking number.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, we will process your refund and automatically refund the amount to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be credited.
Next, contact your bank. Refunds typically take some time to process.
Unwanted Items
If you decide to return any unused or incorrectly ordered items, please notify us and return them within 30 days of receipt. Please provide a complete explanation of the reason for not wanting the item so we can process and provide a follow-up plan. Please email us at [email protected] and include the original order number and a valid return authorization number from your delivery receipt. Returns made in this manner are at your expense and must be mailed within 30 days.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the item. Any shipping costs we incur for the initial delivery or return will be deducted from your refund.
- A 5% repackaging fee will be charged for any opened items returned.
- Damaged or altered items will be returned or disposed of without refund.
- If the seal on the box is broken, no refund will be given for the main unit.
- Special order items are non-refundable.

Defective Goods
If you believe your item is defective, please first check all of our online instructions and vehicle information sheets, then email our technical team at [email protected] to inspect and see if the fault can be resolved.
If not, please let us know by emailing [email protected] and providing the original order number and valid return authorization number from the delivery note. Please also indicate whether you would like the item repaired/replaced or refunded. Goods must be returned complete, including all components; any incomplete items will be returned.
We only refund within 30 days of receiving the product. If the defect is found, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
Please note that if you are unable to return the item using a simple return method, we recommend registered mail. If applicable, you will receive a refund within 7 days of receiving the item, including the original invoice amount and shipping costs.
Refunds for Approved Trade Accounts
Trade customers will not receive a refund, but will receive a credit note that can be used on a future order. A full refund is available if the item is returned within 30 days of invoice.

- If the seal on the box is broken, the console is non-refundable.
